The launch state records publication at 2026-08-19T07:22:41Z, so replacing the prior 07:05 check with this 07:31 timestamp makes the canonical pre-publication artifact prove only a post-publication check. Disk-based audits and resume flows can therefore no longer substantiate the claim that this gate passed before publishing. Keep the original gate evidence, or record this later validation as a separate post-publication check.
